Retainer Clients Retainer Fees - Annual retainer fees $25000 (USD twenty five thousand) - Fees payments - first payment 50%, upon contract signing - second payment 50%- within 6 months of contract period Retainer Coverage - Total legal representation documented by a written contract - All services listed under "list of services" are covered by retainer contract excluding out-of-pocket charges as clearly expressed in retainer contract - Out-of-pocket charges are reported to client for each job separately - Payment forout-of-pocket charges are due upon job completion - Budget estimate is provided to client for each job request. Client is required to provide written approval for each job estimate before execution phase.	Regular Clients Job Fees - All jobs are costed on an hourly basis - Cost per hour is $50 (USD 50), excluding any out-of-pocket expenses - Budget estimate is provided to client for each job request.
